Refund Eligibility
Full Refund (100%)
- Cancellation made within 7 days of purchase and before course access
- Course cancelled by Webspool Academy
- Technical issues preventing course access (if unresolved within 7 days)
Partial Refund (50%)
- Cancellation made within 14 days of purchase with less than 25% course completion
- Request made before accessing any downloadable resources or certificates
No Refund
- More than 30 days have passed since purchase
- Course completion exceeds 25%
- Certificate has been issued or downloaded
- Promotional or discounted courses (unless legally required)

Review Process
Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days and respond via email.
Refund Processing
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
Special Circumstances
Bundle Courses: If you purchased a bundle, refunds will only be considered if less than 10% of the total bundle content has been accessed.
Subscription Plans: Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial months. Annual subscriptions are refundable within 30 days with a 25% administrative fee.
Live Sessions: Refunds for live workshop or webinar sessions must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
Non-Refundable Items
- Downloadable resources, templates, or materials once accessed
- One-on-one mentorship sessions after they have been conducted
- Certification exam fees
- Third-party software licenses or tools provided as part of the course
- Courses purchased during special promotions (clearly marked as non-refundable at time of purchase)
Refund Method
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase:
- Credit/Debit card refunds: 7-10 business days
- UPI/Net Banking: 5-7 business days
- Wallet payments: 3-5 business days
